सामवत्युवाच । गतस्ते संशयः कश्चित्तर्ह्यागच्छ भजस्व माम् । पश्येदं विपिनं कांत परस्त्रीसुरतोचितम्

ಸಾಮವತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು—ನಿನ್ನ ಯಾವ ಸಂಶಯವಾದರೂ ಈಗ ದೂರವಾದರೆ, ಆಗ ಬಾ; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಭಜಿಸು, ನನ್ನೊಡನೆ ರಮಿಸು. ಪ್ರಿಯನೇ, ಈ ವನವನ್ನು ನೋಡು; ಇದು ಪರಸ್ತ್ರೀ-ಸುರತಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ।
