देवदेव जगन्नाथ त्वामेव शरणं गतः । त्वया नियुक्तो मर्त्यानां निग्रहे पापकारिणाम्
devadeva jagannātha tvāmeva śaraṇaṃ gataḥ | tvayā niyukto martyānāṃ nigrahe pāpakāriṇām
ಹೇ ದೇವದೇವ, ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ! ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಶರಣಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನೀನು ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಿದವನಾಗಿ ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡುವ ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ।
