वेश्योवाच । न मे वांछास्ति भोगेषु भूमौ स्वर्गे रसातले । तव पादांबुजस्पर्शादन्यत्किंचिन्न वै वृणे
veśyovāca | na me vāṃchāsti bhogeṣu bhūmau svarge rasātale | tava pādāṃbujasparśādanyatkiṃcinna vai vṛṇe
ವೇಶ್ಯೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು—ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಾಗಲಿ, ಸ್ವರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಾಗಲಿ, ರಸಾತಲದಲ್ಲಾಗಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಭೋಗಗಳ ಆಸೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಾದಪದ್ಮಸ್ಪರ್ಶವಲ್ಲದೆ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ವರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
