ಅವನು ಮಹಾಧನಿಕ, ಶಾಂತಸ್ವಭಾವಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸದಾ ರಾಜನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನು; ಅವನ ಯಾಚನೆಯನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದರೆ ಅಪಕೀರ್ತಿ ಎಂಬ ಭಯದಿಂದ ಕನ್ಯೆಯ ತಂದೆ ಅವಳನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದನು।
