शबर उवाच । धर्मार्थकाममोक्षाणां देहः परमसाधनम् । कथं त्यजसि तं देहं सुखार्थं नवयौवनम्

śabara uvāca | dharmārthakāmamokṣāṇāṃ dehaḥ paramasādhanam | kathaṃ tyajasi taṃ dehaṃ sukhārthaṃ navayauvanam

Translation

ಶಬರನು ಹೇಳಿದನು: ಧರ್ಮ, ಅರ್ಥ, ಕಾಮ ಮತ್ತು ಮೋಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ದೇಹವೇ ಪರಮ ಸಾಧನವಾಗಿದೆ. ನವಯೌವನದಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ ಆ ದೇಹವನ್ನು ಸುಖಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನೀನು ಹೇಗೆ ತ್ಯಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀಯೆ?
