क्षुत्परीतो निराहारो वसाम्यत्र महावने । इदानीमागतं दृष्ट्वा भवंतं जग्धुमुत्सुकः । त्वद्देहस्पर्शमात्रेण जाता पूर्वभवस्मृतिः
kṣutparīto nirāhāro vasāmyatra mahāvane | idānīmāgataṃ dṛṣṭvā bhavaṃtaṃ jagdhumutsukaḥ | tvaddehasparśamātreṇa jātā pūrvabhavasmṛtiḥ
ಹಸಿವಿನಿಂದ ಪೀಡಿತನಾಗಿ, ಆಹಾರವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾನು ಈ ಮಹಾವನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನೀವು ಈಗ ಬಂದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಭಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಉತ್ಸುಕನಾದೆ; ಆದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಹಸ್ಪರ್ಶಮಾತ್ರದಿಂದಲೇ ನನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ವಜನ್ಮಸ್ಮೃತಿ ಉದಯವಾಯಿತು.
