मां पातु देवोऽखिलदेवतात्मा संसारकूपे पतितं गभीरे । तन्नाम दिव्यं वरमंत्रमूलं धुनोतु मे सर्वमघं हृदिस्थम्

Transliteration

māṃ pātu devo'khiladevatātmā saṃsārakūpe patitaṃ gabhīre | tannāma divyaṃ varamaṃtramūlaṃ dhunotu me sarvamaghaṃ hṛdistham

Translation

ಅಖಿಲ ದೇವತೆಗಳ ಆತ್ಮಸ್ವರೂಪನಾದ ಆ ದೇವನು, ಗಹನ ಸಂಸಾರಕೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲಿ. ಅವನ ದಿವ್ಯ ನಾಮ—ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಮಂತ್ರಮೂಲ—ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯಸ್ಥ ಸರ್ವ ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ತೊಳೆದುಹಾಕಲಿ।
