गुणैर्भूतानि सृज्यंते भ्राम्यंते निजकर्मभिः । कालेनाथ विकृष्यंते वासनायां च शेरते

Transliteration

guṇairbhūtāni sṛjyaṃte bhrāmyaṃte nijakarmabhiḥ | kālenātha vikṛṣyaṃte vāsanāyāṃ ca śerate

Translation

ಗುಣಗಳಿಂದ ಜೀವಿಗಳು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ, ತಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ಮಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ; ನಂತರ ಕಾಲವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಎಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಅವರು ವಾಸನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಧಿತರಾಗಿ ಮಲಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
