Transliteration

itthaṃ viniścitya ca bhūmipālaḥ saktaḥ sapatnīṣu tadātmajeṣu | āhūya sūtaṃ nijadāraputrau nirvāpayāmāsa rathena dūram

Translation

ಹೀಗೆ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿ, ಸಹಪತ್ನಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸಕ್ತನಾದ ರಾಜನು ಸೂತನನ್ನು ಕರೆಯಿಸಿ, ತನ್ನದೇ ಪತ್ನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪುತ್ರನನ್ನು ರಥದಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ದು ತ್ಯಜಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟನು.
