सनत्कुमार उवाच । एवं ते पृथिवीपालास्संप्राप्तास्तत्समीपतः । स्वकीयैः कर्म्मभिघौरैर्दुष्कर्म्मबलदर्पिणः

Transliteration

sanatkumāra uvāca | evaṃ te pṛthivīpālāssaṃprāptāstatsamīpataḥ | svakīyaiḥ karmmabhighaurairduṣkarmmabaladarpiṇaḥ

Translation

ಸನತ್ಕುಮಾರನು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಆ ಭೂಪಾಲಕರು ಅವನ ಸಮೀಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರು. ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಘೋರ ಕರ್ಮಗಳಿಂದ ಭಯಂಕರರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ದುಷ್ಕರ್ಮದಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಬಲದ ದರ್ಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಮದಿಸಿದವರಾಗಿ ಅಹಂಕಾರದಿಂದ ಸಮೀಪಿಸಿದರು.
