ಇಂತೆ ಶ್ರೀಶಿವಮಹಾಪುರಾಣದ ಪಂಚಮ ಗ್ರಂಥ ‘ಉಮಾಸಂಹಿತೆ’ಯಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಉಮಾ ಪ್ರಾದುರ್ಭಾವ ವರ್ಣನೆ’ ಎಂಬ ನಲವತ್ತೊಂಬತ್ತನೇ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯವು ಸಮಾಪ್ತವಾಯಿತು।
