Suta Goswami (traditional Purāṇic colophon closure)
Shakti Form: Umā
This is a colophon marking the completion of a chapter on Umā’s manifestation, affirming the Purāṇic teaching that Shiva’s grace is understood together with Shakti (Umā) as the manifest power guiding devotees toward dharma and liberation.
Though not directly describing Liṅga rites, the chapter-title context points to Saguna devotion: Shiva is worshipped along with Umā (Shakti), highlighting the integrated Shaiva vision where the Lord’s worship is supported by reverence for His divine power.
As an end-of-chapter marker, it implies continuity of śravaṇa (listening) and smaraṇa (remembrance); devotees may conclude recitation with a brief offering to Shiva and Umā and mentally repeat the Panchākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” with devotion.
