It frames satya (truthful speech) and śubha-vāk (pure, auspicious speech) as fruits of Devī’s prasāda, implying that inner purity and dharma are strengthened by divine grace, supporting the soul’s movement toward liberation under Pati (Śiva).
In Śaiva practice, devotion to Saguna Śiva and Śakti refines speech and conduct; truthful, beneficial speech is treated as an outer sign of inner alignment with Śiva’s order (dharma), which is foundational for Linga-worship and daily pūjā discipline.
A practical takeaway is vrata-like restraint of speech (satya and hita-vāk), supported by japa—especially the Panchākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”—offered with prayer for Devī’s grace to purify one’s words and intentions.
