उपमन्यूपदेशः
Upamanyu’s Instruction
तमाह भगवान्रुद्रस्साक्षात्तुष्टोस्मि तेऽनघ । ग्रंथकृल्लोकविख्यातो भवितास्यजरामरः
tamāha bhagavānrudrassākṣāttuṣṭosmi te'nagha | graṃthakṛllokavikhyāto bhavitāsyajarāmaraḥ
ಆಗ ಸాక్షಾತ್ ಭಗವಾನ್ ರುದ್ರನು ಹೇಳಿದರು—“ಹೇ ಅನಘನೇ! ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ತೃಪ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನೀನು ಪವಿತ್ರ ಗ್ರಂಥಕರ್ತನಾಗಿ ಲೋಕವಿಖ್ಯಾತನಾಗುವಿ; ಜರಾ-ಮರಣರಹಿತನಾಗುವಿ.”
