जलं नीत्वा ददौ तस्मै गौतमाय तपस्विनी । नित्यं निर्वाहयामास जलेन ऋषिसत्तमः

Transliteration

jalaṃ nītvā dadau tasmai gautamāya tapasvinī | nityaṃ nirvāhayāmāsa jalena ṛṣisattamaḥ

Translation

ತಪಸ್ವಿನಿ ಮಹಿಳೆ ನೀರನ್ನು ತಂದು ಗೌತಮರಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದಳು. ಆ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಋಷಿ ಆ ನೀರಿನಿಂದಲೇ ನಿತ್ಯಕರ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ನೆರವೇರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು।
