अयं विश्वानि तिष्ठति पुनानो भुवनोपरि । सोमो देवो न सूर्यः ॥
Transliteration
ayáṃ víśvāni tiṣṭhati punānó bhúvanopári | sómo devó ná sū́ryaḥ ||
Translation
ಈ ಸೊಮನು, ಪುನಾನನಾಗಿ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಲೋಕಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಸೂರ್ಯನಂತೆ ದೇವನು—ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದ ಉನ್ನತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿರನಾಗಿ, ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ದೀಪ್ತಿಮಯ ಋತವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
