मम त्वा सूर उदिते मम मध्यंदिने दिवः । मम प्रपित्वे अपिशर्वरे वसवा स्तोमासो अवृत्सत ॥
Transliteration
máma tvā sū́ra údite máma madhyáṃdine diváḥ | máma prapitvé apiśarvaré vasavā́ stómāso avṛtsata ||
Translation
ಸೂರ್ಯೋದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಆರಿಸುವ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರಗಳು ನನ್ನವು; ದ್ಯೌವಿನ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನನ್ನವು; ಸಂಧ್ಯೆಯ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಆವರಿಸುವ ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನನ್ನವು. ಹೇ ವಸು! ಸ್ತೋಮಗಳು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿವೆ—ನಿನ್ನನ್ನೇ ತಮ್ಮ ನಿವಾಸವೆಂದು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು.
