Sukta 7.64
मित्रस्तन्नो वरुणो देवो अर्यः प्र साधिष्ठेभिः पथिभिर्नयन्तु । ब्रवद्यथा न आदरिः सुदास इषा मदेम सह देवगोपाः ॥
mitrástán no váruṇo devó aryáḥ prá sādhiṣṭhébhiḥ pathíbhiḥ nayantu | brávad yáthā na ā́d ariḥ sudā́sa iṣā́ madema sahá devágopāḥ ||
ಮಿತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ವರುಣ—ದೈವ್ಯ ಆರ್ಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು—ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸಾಧಕ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಿಂದ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ನಡೆಸಲಿ. ಹೀಗೆ ವಚನವಾಗಲಿ: ಯಾವ ಶತ್ರುವೂ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಲುಪದಿರಲಿ; ದೇವಗೋಪಾಃ—ದೇವರಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿತರಾಗಿ—ನಾವು ಇಷಾ (ಪೋಷಣ-ಬಲ)ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಿತವಾಗಿ ಹರ್ಷಿಸೋಣ.
