Sukta 7.26
एवा वसिष्ठ इन्द्रमूतये नॄन्कृष्टीनां वृषभं सुते गृणाति । सहस्रिण उप नो माहि वाजान्यूयं पात स्वस्तिभिः सदा नः ॥
evā́ vasiṣṭhá índram ūtáye nṝ́n kṛṣṭīnā́ṁ vṛṣabháṁ suté gṛṇāti | sahasríṇa úpa no māhi vā́jān yūyáṁ pāta svastí-bhiḥ sádā naḥ ||
ಹೀಗೆ ವಸಿಷ್ಠನು ಸುತ ಸೋಮದಲ್ಲಿ, ಜನಗಳ ವೃಷಭನಾದ ಇಂದ್ರನನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ನೆರವಿಗಾಗಿ ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿ ಹಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಸಾವಿರಪಟ್ಟು ಬಲ-ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಂದುಕೊಡು; ಮತ್ತು ನೀವು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸದಾ ಸ್ವಸ್ತಿಭಿಃ—ಕ್ಷೇಮದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳಿಂದ—ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ.
