Sukta 6.66
ये अग्नयो न शोशुचन्निधाना द्विर्यत्त्रिर्मरुतो वावृधन्त । अरेणवो हिरण्ययास एषां साकं नृम्णैः पौंस्येभिश्च भूवन् ॥
yé agnáyo ná śośucann idhānā́ dvír yát trír marúto vāvṛdhánta | aréṇavo hiraṇyā́yāsa eṣāṃ sā́kaṃ nṛmnā́iḥ paúṃsyebhiś ca bhūvan ||
ಆಹುತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲಿಸಿದ ಅಗ್ನಿಗಳಂತೆ ಮರುತರು ಜ್ವಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅವರು ಎರಡುಪಟ್ಟು, ಮೂರುಪಟ್ಟು ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅವರು ನಿರ್ಮಲರು, ದೋಷರಹಿತರು; ಅವರ ಕಾಂತಿ ಸುವರ್ಣಮಯ. ನೃಮ್ಣ (ಪುರುಷಬಲ) ಮತ್ತು ಪೌಂಸ್ಯ—ವೀರ್ಯಶಕ್ತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಂದಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಉದ್ಭವಿಸಿ ಸ್ಥಿರರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.
