अनु प्र येजे जन ओजो अस्य सत्रा दधिरे अनु वीर्याय । स्यूमगृभे दुधयेऽर्वते च क्रतुं वृञ्जन्त्यपि वृत्रहत्ये ॥

Transliteration

ánu prá yeje jáná ójo asya satrā́ dadhire ánu vīryā́ya | syūmá-gṛbhe dúdhaye 'rváte ca krátum vṛñjánty ápi vṛtrahátye ||

Translation

ಜನರು ಅವನ ಓಜಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಪೂಜಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅವನ ವೀರ್ಯಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನೆಲೆಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಗ್ರಹಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ, ಹಾಲು-ಕೊಡುವ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಗತಿಯ ಅಶ್ವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ, ಅವರು ಕ್ರತು (ಇಚ್ಛಾಶಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಯುಕ್ತ ವಿವೇಕ)ವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ—ವೃತ್ರಹತ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಆವರಣಕಾರ ವೃತ್ರನ ಸಂಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ.
