सतःसतः प्रतिमानं पुरोभूर्विश्वा वेद जनिमा हन्ति शुष्णम् । प्र णो दिवः पदवीर्गव्युरर्चन्त्सखा सखीँरमुञ्चन्निरवद्यात् ॥

satáḥ-satáḥ pratimā́naṃ puró-bhūr víśvā veda jánimā hánti śúṣṇam | prá ṇo diváḥ padavī́r gavyúr arcant sakhā́ sakhī́m̐r amuñcan nír avadyā́t ||

ಯಾವನು ಸತ್-ಸತ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಯಾರು ಪುರೋಭೂ (ಮುಂದೆ ನಡೆಯುವವನು), ಅವನು ಎಲ್ಲ ಜನ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದು ಶುಷ್ಣ (ಶೋಷಕ/ಒಣಗಿಸುವ ಶಕ್ತಿ)ನನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ನಮ್ಮಿಗಾಗಿ ಗವ್ಯು (ಗೋಸಂಪತ್ತು/ಪ್ರಕಾಶಗೋಗಳ ಅನ್ವೇಷಕ)ನು ದಿವ್ಯದ ಪದವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಯ ಅರ್ಚನೆಯಿಂದ ತೆರೆಯಿದನು; ಸಖನು ತನ್ನ ಸಖಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸುವ ದೋಷದಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದನು.
