सो चिन्नु वृष्टिर्यूथ्या स्वा सचाँ इन्द्रः श्मश्रूणि हरिताभि प्रुष्णुते । अव वेति सुक्षयं सुते मधूदिद्धूनोति वातो यथा वनम् ॥

Transliteration

só cín nu vṛṣṭír yū́thyā svā́ sacā́ṃ índraḥ śmáśrūṇi hárītābhí pruṣṇute | áva veti su-kṣáyaṃ suté mádhūd íd dhūnoti vā́to yáthā vánam ||

Translation

ಅವನು ಈಗ—ವೃಷ್ಟಿ (ಮಳೆ) ತನ್ನ ಗುಂಪಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಇಂದ್ರನನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಸಹಚರನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಾಳೆ; ಹರಿತ (ತಾಮ್ರವರ್ಣ) ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ದಾಡಿಯನ್ನು ಛಿಟಕಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವನು ಸುಂದರ ನಿವಾಸದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿಯುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಸುತ ಮಧು (ಸೋಮ)ದ ಬಳಿ ಅವನು ಸತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ಕದಲಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ—ಗಾಳಿ ಕಾಡನ್ನು ಕದಲಿಸುವಂತೆ.
