Transliteration

tavādarśanajenārye śokena sa pariplutaḥ | na śarma labhate rāmaḥ siṃhārdita iva dvipaḥ ||

Translation

ಹೇ ಆರ್ಯೆ! ನಿನ್ನ ದರ್ಶನವಿಲ್ಲದ ಶೋಕದಿಂದ ಅವನು ಮುಳುಗಿಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಶಾಂತಿ ದೊರೆಯದು—ಸಿಂಹದಿಂದ ಪೀಡಿತ ಆನೆಯಂತೆ.
