Trijata’s Dream-Omens and the Rakshasis’ Reversal
वराहेण दशग्रीवश्शिंशुमारेण चेन्द्रजित्।।5.27.30।।उष्ट्रेण कुम्भकर्णश्च प्रयाता दक्षिणां दिशम्।
varāheṇa daśagrīvaḥ śiṁśumāreṇa cendrajit ||5.27.30||
uṣṭreṇa kumbhakarṇaś ca prayātā dakṣiṇāṁ diśam |
ದಶಗ್ರೀವ ರಾವಣನು ವರಾಹದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆರೂಢನಾಗಿ ಹೊರಟನು; ಇಂದ್ರಜಿತನು ಶಿಂಶುಮಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ; ಕುಂಭಕರ್ಣನು ಒಂಟೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಏರಿ—ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನತ್ತ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಿದನು.
"O vile one! you are determined in your evil ways. Today these she-demons will eat away your flesh to their heart's content ".
