सद्वंशान्वयपूतस्य न्याय्यं कुरुकुलोद्वह । शृणुष्वादिपुराणेषु देवेभ्यश्च यथा श्रुति

sadvaṃśānvayapūtasya nyāyyaṃ kurukulodvaha | śṛṇuṣvādipurāṇeṣu devebhyaśca yathā śruti

ಹೇ ಕುರುಕುಲೋತ್ತಮ, ಸದ್ವಂಶಾನುಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಪವಿತ್ರನಾದ ನೀನು! ಯುಕ್ತವಾದುದನ್ನು ಕೇಳು—ಆದಿಪುರಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ದೇವರಿಂದ ಬಂದ ವೇದಶ್ರುತಿ-ಪರಂಪರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿದಂತೆ।
