Viśokā Dvādaśī Vow, Guḍa-Dhenū (Jaggery-Cow) Gift, and Śaila-Dāna (Mountain-Charity) Rites

किं रूपा केन मंत्रेण दातव्या तदिहोच्यतां । पुलस्त्य उवाच । गुडधेनुविधानस्य यद्रूपमिह यत्फलम्

kiṃ rūpā kena maṃtreṇa dātavyā tadihocyatāṃ | pulastya uvāca | guḍadhenuvidhānasya yadrūpamiha yatphalam

ಅದು ಯಾವ ರೂಪದದು, ಯಾವ ಮಂತ್ರದಿಂದ ದಾನ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು—ಇದನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಲಿ. ಪುಲಸ್ತ್ಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಗುಡಧೇನು ವಿಧಾನದ ರೂಪವೂ ಅದರ ಫಲವೂ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ।
