भवतो मैत्रमिच्छंति इत्याभाष्य महामतिम् । गत्वा बुद्धे त्वया कार्यं कर्तव्यं न इतो व्रज

bhavato maitramicchaṃti ityābhāṣya mahāmatim | gatvā buddhe tvayā kāryaṃ kartavyaṃ na ito vraja

ಅವನು ಮಹಾಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಹೇಳಿದನು— “ಅವರು ನಿನ್ನೊಡನೆ ಮೈತ್ರಿಯನ್ನು ಬಯಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಬುದ್ಧಿಯಿಂದ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡು; ಇಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗಬೇಡ.”
