Cāraṇas are celestial bards who praise great events and heroes, while Siddhas are spiritually perfected beings; both commonly appear as divine witnesses who celebrate auspicious victories.
“Jaya Jaya” is a formal acclamation of triumph and auspiciousness, and conch-blowing functions as a ritual proclamation—publicly marking a divine success, celebration, or the completion of an important turning point.
It highlights communal rejoicing in dharmic success: when a righteous outcome occurs, even exalted beings respond with gratitude, praise, and proclamation—encouraging devotees to celebrate virtue and divine order rather than personal pride.
