कुंजल उवाच । ततस्त्वसौ संयति राजमानः समुद्यतश्चापधरो महात्मा । यथैव कालः कुपितः सलोकान्संहर्तुमैच्छत्तु तथा सुदानवान्

ಕುಂಜಲನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಅನಂತರ ಆ ಮಹಾತ್ಮ ಯೋಧನು ಸಮರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಾನನಾಗಿ, ಎತ್ತಿದ ಧನುಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಸಿದ್ಧನಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ಕ್ರುದ್ಧ ಕಾಲವು ಸಕಲ ಲೋಕಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸಲು ಬಯಸುವಂತೆ, ಅವನು ಕೂಡ ದಾನವರೊಡನೆ ಜಗತ್ಸಂಹಾರವನ್ನು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸಿದನು.
