Suta (narrating the Purana dialogue tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It highlights devotional honor (satkāra) shown to the deity through a splendid procession—external grandeur is presented as an expression of inner bhakti and reverence in a tirtha-mahātmya setting.
By centering Krishna, Balarāma, and Subhadrā and describing ceremonial service (such as ratha/procession), the verse points to bhakti as loving service through darśana, utsava, and public glorification of the Lord.
Indirectly, it implies kalpa/prayoga (ritual procedure) in organizing deity processions and festival observances; the focus is on correct ceremonial performance rather than technical exposition of a specific vedāṅga.
