Dharmāṅgada’s Discourse (Dharmāṅgadopadeśa) in the Mohinī Episode
bahudhāpyanuśiṣṭeyaṃ mayā bhūpa yathā tvayā | mohinyā moharūpāyā nānyatsaṃrocate'dhunā || 2 ||

Primary Rasa: karuna
Secondary Rasa: raudra
It highlights how repeated instruction fails when the mind is overpowered by moha (delusion): attachment makes even sound dharmic counsel seem unattractive.
By implying that devotion requires freedom from मोह (moha): when fascination with illusion dominates, the heart cannot relish higher pursuits like Hari-bhakti and dharmic living.
No specific Vedanga is taught in this verse; the practical takeaway is ethical-psychological—guard the mind from मोह (delusion) so that śāstric instruction can be received and practiced.
