Adhyaya 61 — The Second Manvantara Begins: The Brahmin’s Swift Journey and Varuthini’s Temptation on Himavat
ब्राह्मण उवाच यदि प्रीतिमती सत्यं नोपचाराद्ब्रवीषि माम् ।
तदुपायं समाचक्ष्व येन यामि स्वमालयम् ॥
brāhmaṇa uvāca yadi prītimatī satyaṃ nopacārād bravīṣi mām | tad upāyaṃ samācakṣva yena yāmi svam ālayam ||
ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹವು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಶುದ್ಧವೂ ಸತ್ಯವೂ ಆಗಿ, ನೀನು ಕೇವಲ ಉಪಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನನ್ನೊಡನೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದರೆ, ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಸ್ವಧಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳು.
