न वै चतुर्युगावस्था नार्तवा ऋतवो न च ।
आग्नीध्रसूनोर्नाभेस्तु ऋषभो 'भूत् सुतो द्विज ॥
na vai caturyugāvasthā nārtavā ṛtavo na ca /
āgnīdhrasūnor nābhes tu ṛṣabho 'bhūt suto dvija
ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಯುಗಗಳ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಮಾಸಿಕ ಋತುಗಳೂ ಇಲ್ಲ, ನಿಯತ ಋತುಚಕ್ರವೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಅಗ್ನೀಧ್ರನ ಪುತ್ರನಾದ ನಾಭಿಗೆ, ಹೇ ದ್ವಿಜ, ಋಷಭನು ಪುತ್ರನಾಗಿ ಜನಿಸಿದನು.
