दीपाद्यद्रिसमुद्राश्च राज्योतिर्लोकसंग्रहः ।

जलानिलानलाकाशैस्ततो भूतादिना बहिः ॥

Transliteration

dīpādyadrisamudrāś ca rājyotirlokasaṃgrahaḥ | jalānilānalākāśais tato bhūtādinā bahiḥ

Translation

ಅದರೊಳಗೆ ದ್ವೀಪಾದಿಗಳು, ಪರ್ವತಗಳು, ಸಾಗರಗಳು ಇದ್ದವು; ಬೆಳಕುಗಳೂ ಲೋಕಧಾಮಗಳೂ ಸಹಿತ ಲೋಕಗಳ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯೂ ಇತ್ತು. ಅದರ ಹೊರಗೆ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಜಲ, ವಾಯು, ಅಗ್ನಿ, ಆಕಾಶ ಎಂಬ ಆವರಣಗಳು; ನಂತರ ಭೂತಾದಿಯಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವ ತತ್ತ್ವಗಳು ಮುಂದುವರಿದವು.
