Adhyaya 34 — Madālāsā’s Instruction on Sadācāra (Householder Conduct, Purity, and Daily Rites)
trivargasādhane yatnaḥ kartavyo gṛhamedhinā | tatsaṃsiddho gṛhasthasya siddhir atra paratra ca ||

The Purāṇa frames the householder path as a balanced pursuit: prosperity and legitimate enjoyment are not rejected, but must be integrated with dharma to yield welfare in both worlds.
Belongs to dharma-śāstra-like guidance embedded in the Purāṇa, not to cosmology/genealogy/manvantara narration.
‘Atra-paratra siddhi’ implies a continuity between visible order (social/ethical harmony) and subtle order (post-mortem trajectory), suggesting karma as an inter-world causal law.
