तथैवाक्षविनोदैश्च शस्त्रास्त्रविनयेषु च ।
योग्यानि युद्धनागाश्व-स्यान्दनाभ्यासतत्परः ॥
tathaivākṣavinodaiś ca śastrāstravinayeṣu ca | yogyāni yuddhanāgāśva-syandanābhyāsatatparaḥ ||
ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಅವನು ಪಾಶಕ್ರೀಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮನರಂಜನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು; ಮತ್ತು ಆಯುಧ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಸ್ತ್ರವಿದ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆದು, ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾದುದನ್ನು ಪರಿಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು—ಯುದ್ಧಗಜ, ಅಶ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ರಥಗಳ ವಿಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ.
