Uttara–Arjuna Saṃvāda
महादेवो<पि पार्थेन श्रूयते युधि तोषित: । किरातवेषप्रच्छन्नो गिरौ हिमवति प्रभु:,“सुना जाता है, हिमालय पर्वतपर किरातवेशमें छिपे हुए साक्षात् भगवान् शंकरको भी अर्जुनने युद्धमें संतुष्ट किया था"
mahādevo ’pi pārthena śrūyate yudhi toṣitaḥ | kirātaveṣa-pracchanno girau himavati prabhuḥ ||
ಹಿಮವಂತ ಪರ್ವತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಿರಾತವೇಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಮರೆಮಾಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಭು ಮಹಾದೇವನೂ ಪಾರ್ಥ (ಅರ್ಜುನ)ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತುಷ್ಟನಾದನೆಂದು ಕೇಳಿಬರುತ್ತದೆ.
