त्वामुपस्थास्यतश्रैव नित्यं वाष्णेयजीवलौ । एताभ्यां रंस्यसे सार्ध वस वै मयि बाहुक,वार्ष्ण्य और जीवल--ये दोनों सारथि तुम्हारी सेवामें रहेंगे। बाहुक! इन दोनोंके साथ तुम बड़े सुखसे रहोगे। तुम मेरे यहाँ रहो
tvām upasthāsyataś caiva nityaṁ vārṣṇeyajīvalau | etābhyāṁ raṁsyase sārdhaṁ vasa vai mayi bāhuka ||
ಋತುಪರ್ಣನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ವಾರ್ಷ್ಣೇಯ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವಾಲ—ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ನಿತ್ಯವೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇವರ ಸಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀನು ಸುಖವಾಗಿ ಕಾಲ ಕಳೆಯುವೆ; ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಬಾಹುಕಾ, ನನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ವಾಸಿಸು.
