Sudeva Identifies Damayantī in Cedi (सुदेवेन दमयन्ती-परिचयः)
अनुव्रजन्ती बहुला न स्वपामि निशास्तदा | ततो बहुतिथे काले सुप्तामुत्सृज्य मां क्वचित्
anuvrajantī bahulā na svapāmi niśās tadā | tato bahutithe kāle suptām utsṛjya māṃ kvacit |
ಅವಳು ಮರುಮರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದುದರಿಂದ ಆ ರಾತ್ರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ನಿದ್ರೆ ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ನಂತರ ಬಹುಕಾಲ ಕಳೆದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಯಾವುದೋ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನಿದ್ರಿಸಿದ್ದಾಗ ಅವಳು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಎಲ್ಲೋ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು.
