दमयन्त्याः व्याकुलता — स्वयंवरसंनिपातः — देवदूतयाचनम्

Damayantī’s Distress, Proclamation of the Svayaṃvara, and the Gods’ Request

देवपुत्रौ महाभागौ देवराजसमझ्ुती | नकुल: सहदेवश्न पाण्डवौ युद्धदुर्मदौ,'देवपुत्र महाभाग नकुल-सहदेव देवराज इन्द्रके समान तेजस्वी हैं। वे दोनों ही पाण्डव युद्धमें प्रचण्ड हैं

Vaiśampāyana uvāca | devaputrau mahābhāgau devarājasamadyutī | nakulaḥ sahadevaś ca pāṇḍavau yuddhadurmadau ||

ವೈಶಂಪಾಯನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು— “ದೇವಪುತ್ರರು, ಮಹಾಭಾಗ್ಯಶಾಲಿಗಳು, ದೇವರಾಜ ಇಂದ್ರನಂತೆ ದ್ಯುತಿಮಂತರು—ನಕುಲ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹದೇವ—ಆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಪಾಂಡವರು ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಗ್ರವಾಗಿ, ಅಣಕವಿಲ್ಲದ ಉನ್ಮಾದದಂತೆ ಪ್ರಚಂಡರಾಗಿದ್ದರು।”
