तयोर्भुजविनिष्पेषात् संघर्षणोरसोस्तथा । समजायत गात्रेषु पावको5ड्रारधूमवान्,उन दोनोंकी भुजाओंके टकराने और वक्षःस्थलोंके संघर्षसे उनके अंगोंमें धूम और चिनगारियोंके साथ आग प्रकट हो जाती थी
tayor bhujaviniṣpeṣāt saṅgharṣaṇorasoḥ tathā | samajāyata gātreṣu pāvako 'ṅgāra-dhūmavān ||
ಅವರ ಭುಜಗಳ ಭೀಕರ ಢಿಕ್ಕಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ವಕ್ಷಸ್ಥಳಗಳ ಘರ್ಷಣೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಅವರ ಅಂಗಾಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಂಪೆಂಬರಗಳೊಡನೆ ಅಗ್ನಿಯಂತೆ ಜ್ವಾಲೆ ಉಕ್ಕಿದಂತೆ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿತ್ತು।
किरयात उवाच
The verse highlights the extreme intensity of martial encounter: when strength and resolve collide without restraint, the struggle becomes so fierce it is poetically likened to fire arising from friction—an image that underscores the formidable, almost superhuman energy of kṣatriya combat.
Two fighters are locked in close combat; the crushing of their arms and the friction of their chests are described so powerfully that sparks, embers, and smoke are said to appear on their bodies, conveying the ferocity of the clash.
