नियमेन परेणाहमुपस्थास्ये द्विजोत्तमम्‌ । यथा त्वया नरेन्द्रेदं भाषितं ब्राह्मणं प्रति

Transliteration

niyamena pareṇāham upasthāsye dvijottamam | yathā tvayā narendre'daṃ bhāṣitaṃ brāhmaṇaṃ prati ||

Translation

ವೈಶಂಪಾಯನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ನರೇಂದ್ರ, ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನ ಕುರಿತು ನೀನು ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆಯೇ, ನಾನು ಪರಮ ನಿಯಮಶೀಲತೆಯಿಂದ ಆ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ದ್ವಿಜನ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ।
