Śikhaṇḍinī’s Marriage Arrangement and the Daśārṇa Envoy’s Accusation (शिखण्डिनी-विवाह-विप्रलम्भ-प्रसङ्गः)
स्वभावगुप्तं॑ नगरमापत्काले तु भारत | गोपयामास राजेन्द्र सर्वत: समलंकृतम्
svabhāvaguptaṁ nagaram āpatkāle tu bhārata | gopayāmāsa rājendra sarvataḥ samalaṅkṛtam ||
ಓ ಭಾರತ, ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ! ಆ ನಗರವು ಸ್ವಭಾವತಃ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ, ಆ ಆಪತ್ತಿನ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜನು ಅದನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಿ ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿ, ವಿಶೇಷ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು।
