इति राष्ट्र परिपतन् बहुभि: पुरुषैः सह | सर्वेषां राजयुक्तानां दुष्करं परिदृष्टवान्
iti rāṣṭra-paripatan bahubhiḥ puruṣaiḥ saha | sarveṣāṃ rājayuktānāṃ duṣkaraṃ paridṛṣṭavān |
ಇಂತೆಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾ ಅವನು ಅನೇಕ ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸುತ್ತಾಡಿದನು. ರಾಜಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅವನು ಕಣ್ಣಾರೆ ಕಂಡನು.
