अग्राह्य-ज्ञातिसंबन्धमण्डल-विवेचनम् / Managing Unreadable Kinship Networks: Vāsudeva–Nārada on Cohesion
स्यातां यस्याहुकाक्रूरी कि नु दुःखतरं ततः । यस्य चापि न तौ स्यातां कि नु दुःखतरं ततः
syātāṁ yasyāhukākrūrī ki nu duḥkhataraṁ tataḥ | yasya cāpi na tau syātāṁ ki nu duḥkhataraṁ tataḥ ||
ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಕಲಹಿಸುವ ಆಹುಕ ಮತ್ತು ಅಕ್ರೂರ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಜನರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡ ದುಃಖವೇನು? ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಅವರು ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಸುಹೃದರಾಗಿರದಿದ್ದರೂ, ಅದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡ ದುಃಖವೇನು—ಅಂತಹ ಮಿತ್ರರು ಮತ್ತು ಆಧಾರಗಳ ಅಭಾವವೇ ಮಹಾ ನಷ್ಟವಲ್ಲವೇ.
