राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
नास्यापवादे स्थातव्यं दक्षेणाक्लिष्टकर्मणा । धर्म्यमाकांक्षता लोकमी श्वरस्पानसूयता
nāsyāpavāde sthātavyaṃ dakṣeṇākliṣṭa-karmaṇā | dharmyām ākāṅkṣatā lokaṃ īśvaras tv anasūyatā ||
ದಕ್ಷನಾಗಿ, ಅಕ್ಲಿಷ್ಟ (ಕಲಂಕರಹಿತ) ಕರ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವನು ಅಪವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ದೋಷಾರೋಪಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಬಾರದು. ಅವನು ಧರ್ಮಮಯ ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಸಬೇಕು; ಈಶ್ವರನ ಕುರಿತು ಅಸೂಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಂದೆಯಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತನಾಗಿರಬೇಕು।
