ब्राह्मण उवाच आगतोऊहं महाभाग तव दर्शनलालस: । कंचिदर्थमनर्थज्ञ: प्र््धकामो भुजड्रम

Transliteration

brāhmaṇa uvāca: āgato ’haṃ mahābhāga tava darśana-lālasaḥ | kañcid arthaṃ anartha-jñaḥ pṛthak-kāmo bhujaṅgama ||

Translation

ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಹೇ ಮಹಾಭಾಗ ನಾಗರಾಜ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ದರ್ಶನದ ಆಸೆಯಿಂದ ನಾನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನಗೆ ಸ್ವತಃ ತಿಳಿಯದ ಒಂದು ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಹೇ ಭುಜಂಗಮ.
