तेनैषा प्रथिता ब्रह्म॒न् मर्यादा लोकभाविनी । दैवं पित्रयं च कर्तव्यमिति तस्यानुशासनम्
tenaiṣā prathitā brahman maryādā lokabhāvinī | daivaṁ pitryaṁ ca kartavyam iti tasyānuśāsanam ||
ಹೀಗೆ, ಓ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನೇ, ಲೋಕಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸುವ ಧರ್ಮಮರ್ಯಾದೆ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧವಾಯಿತು—ದೇವಕಾರ್ಯವೂ ಪಿತೃಕಾರ್ಯವೂ ಅವಶ್ಯ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು. ಇದೇ ಅವನ ಆಜ್ಞೆ.
