श्रेयो-धर्मकर्मविचारः
Inquiry into Śreyas, Dharma, and Karma
हारिद्रवर्णे रक्ते वा वर्तमानस्तु पार्थिव । तिर्यगेवानुपश्येत कर्मभिस्तामसैर्वृत:
hāridra-varṇe rakte vā vartamānas tu pārthiva | tiryag evānupaśyet karmabhis tāmasair vṛtaḥ ||
ಯುಧಿಷ್ಠಿರನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಪಾರ್ಥಿವ! ಹಳದಿ ವರ್ಣದ (ದೈವ) ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಕೆಂಪು ವರ್ಣದ (ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿತ) ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಜೀವಿಯೂ, ತಾಮಸ ಕರ್ಮಗಳಿಂದ ಆವೃತನಾದರೆ, ತಿರ್ಯಗ್ಯೋನಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾಣಲು—ಅಂದರೆ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲು—ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ।
