मोक्षोपाय-निर्णयः
Determination of the Means to Liberation
आत्मानमसमाधाय समाधित्सति यः परान् | विषयेष्विन्द्रियवशं मानवा: प्रहसन्ति तम्
ātmānam asamādhāya samādhitsati yaḥ parān | viṣayeṣv indriyavaśaṃ mānavāḥ prahasanti tam ||
ಹುಮತ್ಸೇನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ತನ್ನನ್ನೇ ಸಂಯಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದವನು, ಮನಸ್ಸು ಸ್ಥಿರವಲ್ಲದವನು, ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದ್ರಿಯದಾಸನಾಗಿರುವವನು—ಅವನು ಇತರರಿಗೆ ಆತ್ಮಸಂಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸದಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸಲು ಹೋದರೆ ಜನರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಾಸ್ಯಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
